Janice Sallis, the mother of Phylicia Barnes, the missing 17-year-old student from North Carolina, spoke on the Nancy Grace show on Friday about her daughter.
She said during the interview that she encouraged Phylicia to seek out her half-sisters so that she could possible reconnect with her father that she had not seen in eight years.
