Adam J Blanchard: Young Texarkana attorney last seen in Nevada Found

UPDATE 6/27/11 – Adam’s remains were found in NV about one-tenth of a mile up a steep hill from where his vehicle was found.  He died of apparent suicide.

Adam Blanchard, 27, was heading to California from Texas to see about a job at a law firm. He was last seen in Nevada on February 3rd. Authorities were able to track some of his route through credit card receipts and established that he spent three nights in Ely, Nevada at the LaQuinta Inn on January 31-February 3.

Then on February 3, after purchasing an atlas and travel guide online, he traveled to Tonopah, Nevada and purchased gas at the Shell Station there. His car, a grayish-green 1998 Toyota 4-Runner. was found February 16 in an area about 11 miles east of Belmont, Nevada and about 50 miles from Tonopah in a mountainous area up a canyon forest service road.

Please take time to look over the pictures and see if you have seen Adam. You may have been in the area during the same time.

Adam is 5’9″ tall, 200 lbs., with brown hair and blue eyes.
