Staphne Hall: Family missing from Kentucky

Update:  On May 7, State Police said Staphne Hall and her two children who were last seen almost three weeks ago are fine, in good health and no longer considered missing.

Police are asking for help to locate the Hall family. Staphne Ann Hall, 28, Cynthia Hall, 9 and Robert Hall, 7, have been missing from Carter County since April 15.
They are driving their  1996 Ford Thunderbird, with Kentucky license plates 511LNN.

They may be heading to Texas or already there.
