Melanie Gould: Iditarod Dog Musher missing in Alaska

Update:  Melanie’s truck has been found, but no sound of her.  Searchers are still looking.

Melanie Gould has competed in 7 Iditarod Dog Sled Races and now she is missing.  Melanie left her dogs behind and has not showed up at her job, all signs that are worrying her friends, as they know she would never leave her dogs uncared for.  She was last seen on May 31st.

State troopers are on alert for her, but have not officially named her a missing person, as they say she has the right to privacy and can walk away. This has pretty much left the friends of Melanie to look for her.

I believe the troopers should officially name her a missing person, as I agree with the friends.
