Sara Apple: Missing Newark mom and son left voluntarily

Authorities are now saying that a Newark, Ohio mother and her 4-year-old son left voluntarily.

Investigators have said they have found letters that missing Sara Apple wrote saying goodbye to her friends and family, along with a to-do list.

Police have also discovered that money is missing from Sara’s banking till at the credit union she worked at. 

They also found that Sara has not made several car or mortgage payments and has drained her bank accounts.

Sara disappeared with her 4-year-old son Max last Thursday after telling her husband that she was spending the night at her mother’s house.

Police are still seeking the location of Sara and Max.  Sara is driving a 2004 white Saturn Ion with Ohio license plate number FCQ-5079.
