Natalie Belmonte: Missing woman’s body found, son charged

I told you yesterday about missing Natalie Belmonte, and today they found a body they believe is Natalie.  Read story here.

The body was found in Pembroke Pines, Florida in a wooded nature preserve.  The preserve is only blocks away from her Chapel Trail home.  The body was found around 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning.  It has not been officially stated as hers, but all indications are that it is.

Belmonte, who was last seen by her adopted son, Gerard Belmonte, 21.
Gerard has been charged in connection with her death.  Natalie adopted Gerard, after his father, Natalie’s Uncle, died 12 years ago when Gerard was nine.
