Missing Persons Of America
Robert Olson

One of my readers, Karin, is looking for her dad.  She hasn’t seen him in about 20 years and would like to find him. Robert may not be a missing person, but he is missing to Karin, because she does not know where he is.

Karin’s mom left her dad when she was 8 years old, and she grew up without her father, and would like nothing better than to find him.

If you know Robert and could help Karin, please contact me.  Here is some more information about Robert:

Robert Harold Olson was last seen in Chicago, Illinois where he lived with his uncle, Franklin A. Olson on N. Hermitage Avenue.

Robert was born in 1916.  He joined the Army in 1941 and served to 1945.

In 1947, he married Mildred Elizabeth Foale and they had one child, Karin in 1949.

Robert once worked for the Chicago Northwestern Railroad in the 1950’s and for a short time at the post office in town.

Mildred divorced Robert in 1957 and he lived with his father, Howard, until his father’s death in 1977.  After that, he lived with his uncle Franklin until Franklin’s death in 1984.

In the early 1990’s it is believed Robert was still living on N. Heritage.

If you know Robert or have any information about him, please contact me, so I can forward the information to his daughter.
