Donnie Lee Payne: Missing from Tennessee

Donnie Lee Payne, 73, was last seen collecting aluminum cans by an apartment complex near Lowery Street in Cleveland, Tennessee three years ago on September 14, and he hasn’t been seen since.

Donnie’s family believe that he is a victim of foul play and feels the police are not doing enough.

“The next think you know, three years have passed, and you don’t feel like you have memories of your own life, because you’ve been looking for answers,” said Lisa Lehman, Donnie’s niece.

Donnie is 5’10” tall and 125 pound with brown hair and brown eyes.

Donnie’s family is asking anyone who has seen anything to please call the police and let them know or call the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office at 423-728-7336 or leave a tip here.
