David Dickinson: Missing Kentucky Preacher Found

Update: David Dickinson:  Body found in Tennessee

The body of Evangelist David Dickinson is believed to have been found.  It was recovered from Rock Creek in Marshall County, Tennessee.

David was in Lewisburg when he went missing.

There was no sign of foul play and a medical examiner will do an autopsy to find the cause of death.

Update:  There has been two unconfirmed sightings.

*8 a.m. Monday  reported walking on Cornersville Highway toward Lewisburg’s public square.
* 3 p.m. Monday in Chapel Hill walking north along Nashville Highway, U.S. 31A.

David Dickinson, 49, was last seen Monday morning, September 26. 

David, an Elkton, Kentucky native that travels with his family as a preacher is missing in Marshall County in Lewisburg, Tennessee.  David was last seen at  New Life Tabernacle in Lewisburg.

David had told his wife Monday morning that he couldn’t sleep.  Later, he was gone, leaving behind his wallet and Bible. 

Friends did say that David seemed to be different on Sunday and said he would be preaching, but appeared to be lost in thought. 

A volunteer search party has been looking for him and have searched the area over the last 24 hours for him. 

David is 5’11” tall and 265 pounds.  If you have any information, please call the Lewisburg Police Dept.
