Lawrence “Corkey” Millsap: Missing man from Arcata

Update:  Found, click here to read.

Lawrence “Corkey” Millsap, 60, has been missing since last Saturday.  He was last seen at his home in Arcata, California in Humboldt County on October 22.

Corkey’s daughter, Delana Swanson, filed a missing persons report on Wednesday when she couldn’t get in touch with her dad.  She talks to him every day and she said it was unlike him to be out of contact.

Swanson thinks that maybe her father fell asleep while driving and could be stranded in his vehicle.

Corkey is 5’5″ tall, 300 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.  He has a gray 4-door 1998 Jeep Cherokee with California license plate number 4ATN311.  He has a boxer that is always with him, named Roxy, and is probably with him, now, but there is a slim chance that Roxy could also be loose somewhere and if you find a boxer, please note that it may be Roxy.

There is a $5,000 reward for information leading to his whereabouts.

If you have any information about Corkey, please call the Arcata police dept at 707-822-2424.
