Thomas Peace: Missing 13-year-old from Montana

Update: Detective Sgt. Mitch Hart said an anonymous tipster said that Peace was at the home of 36-year-old Nicole Hutchinson, at 1524 10th St. W.

At about 2 p.m., officers went to the home, where they found Thomas and detained Hutchinson.  Hutchinson faces charges of endangering the welfare of children, harboring Thomas and obstructing a police investigation pending further investigation and review by the city attorney’s office.

Thomas Peace, 13, from Billings, Montana was last seen on October 16.  His mom, Molly says that Thomas was home when she went to bed and when she woke up he was gone.

Billings police considered him a runaway, because Thomas had a history of running away. Police have now updated his status to missing person because there have been no sightings of him for a the past several weeks, no activity on his phone since October 24, and no activity on his Facebook page.

Thomas is 5’4″ tall, 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.  Thomas could be in Williston, North Dakota.
