Duane Hinkle: Missing man from Iowa Found

UPDATE:  Jefferson County Sheriff Jerry Droz said that volunteers found Duane Hinkle’s body on his property Thursday morning.

The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

Duane Hinkle, 62, was last seen on January 10, and last heard from on January 11, when he left a voice message.

He did not show up for a meeting with his cousin who ended up reporting him missing from Lockridge, Iowa. 

“We got a search warrant, we went into Mr. Hinkle’s house, Mr. Hinkle was not there, and all of his vehicle and everything is accounted for.  We just don’t know where he is and would like public assistance to locate him,” said Jefferson County Sheriff Jerry Droz.

Duane is 5’10” tall, 200 pounds with grey hair and hazel eyes.  Please note that the photo above is 10 years old.
