Eli Rabago: Disabled teen missing from Tucson Found

UPDATE: Tuesday morning, March 6, 2012, Eli Rabago had been located in a park in Los Angeles. Police found him there sleeping. They say he is in good health.

Eli Rabago, 19, was last seen near the Food City at First Avenue in Tucson, Arizona.

Eli who is from Phoenix was visiting is grandparents on the 3800 block of East Marshall Gulch Place in Tucson when he went missing.

Eli requires medication and is developmentally disabled and is not familiar with the area that his grandparents had just moved into.  The family is worried that Eli may be lost and can’t find his way back home. 

There has also been a report of a young man fitting Eli’s description at the Navajo Park, Speedway Blvd. and Swan Road, and Food City area.

Eli’s cousin says that Eli is a “sweet spirit and definitely scared.”

Eli is frightened by strangers and also the desert and desert animals. 

His family asks that if you see him to not approach him as he may run away, but to call the police instead.

Eli is 5’10” tall, 145 pounds.  He was wearing blue sweat pants, red shirt, gray hood and gray New Balance tennis shoes with pink shoelaces.  He was carrying a red bag.
