Scott Lee: Air Force Lieutenant missing from Cannon Air Force Base Found

UPDATE: Lt. Scott Lee has been found safe in California.

“We are very relieved that Lieutenant Lee has been found safe and healthy,” said Col. Buck Elton, 27th Special Operations Wing commander. “However, due to the ongoing nature of the investigation, we unable to share any further details on the topic at this time.”

Scott Lee, an Air Force Lieutenant that is stationed at Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico has been missing for over a week.

Scott was last seen on March 12 and was scheduled to report for duty on Tuesday, but never showed up.

“I don’t think that he would have did this willingly.  It just doesn’t add up and he’s a very intelligent guy,” his sister Dana Martino told News Channel 10.

Scott’s car is missing, too, but his snowboarding gear and guitars are still in his apartment.

Martino says that not much is being done to look for her brother and no missing poster signs have been posted in the area.

If you have any information about his disappearance, please call the Cannon Air Force Base at 575-784-2511.
