Jessie Foster: Missing from Las Vegas since 2006

Jessie Foster

UPDATE 7/27/15 –

Neil Falls, 45, from Springfield, Oregon was shot and killed by a woman that he was trying to strangled to death.  Authorities found shovels, picks, trash bags, shovels and much more in the trunk of his car and are now wondering if he is responsible for the murder of other woman in Ohio.  He also lived in Las Vegas from 2000 to 2008 and Glendene is wondering if he may be responsible for her daughters diappearance.

Glendene Grant has been searching for her daughter for 6 years and on the anniversary of her disappearance, she has released an age-progressed portrait of her daughter, Jessie Foster.

Jessie Foster was 21 and living in Kamloops, British Columbia in 2005 when she decided to travel to Las Vegas.

In 2006, Glendene was not getting anymore phone calls from her daughter.  Desperate to find her daughter, Glendene hired a private investigator.  That is when she found that her daughter had been put in the hospital after having her jaw broken and was actually being forced to work as an escort.

Glendene also found out that Jessie was living was a man named Peter Todd in N. Las Vegas, that was being referred to as her fiancé.  When the police talked with him he said that Jessie left him on April 3, 2006.  She left behind her make-up and a hair dryer.  Authorities noticed that Todd lived in a pretty fancy home, with his twin brother, James Todd, but he did not have a job.  There were phone records showing him talking with Jessie on an hourly basis.  Police felt it meant he was telling her where to meet her next client.  Todd was thought to be a pimp, but he denied it and said Jessie was a prostitute when he met her.

Glendene continues to search for her daughter and to let other’s know about human trafficking through her public speaking engagements, and also as a host of a BlogTalkRadio show.
