UPDATE:  October 22, 2012 –
The FBI is investigating the discovery of a body in Fort Thompson, which is believed to missing teenager Shauntae Marks.
Two teenage boys walking along a sandbar on the outskirts of town found the body Friday. An autopsy is needed to confirm the identity, but many in the community believe the body is that of the missing teenager.

There is an endangered alert for Shauntae because she was upset over a recent relationship and made threats about harming herself.

Shauntae is Native American, 57 tall, 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes and she wears glasses.  She was last seen wearing blue jeans, white shirt wit stripes and a black and gray hood and Etnies tennis shoes.
