Frances Geenty

State police are searching for a missing elderly woman from Prospect who was last seen April 21.

Police said Frances Geenty, 81, of Prospect, spoke to her friend just after 12:30 p.m. Friday afternoon and was supposed to meet her in Bethany, but never arrived.

Geenty was described by police as being a white female with blue eyes and gray hair. According to police, she has difficulty walking and walks with a hunch.

Geenty was driving a green 1995 Ford Ranger pickup truck with a CT license plate Combo reg- 34543.

  1. There's a found woman in Oregon, elderly, white haired, who showed up in Albany, Oregon wandering a rural road without ID or money. She has dementia, will only say she's from Maine and Canada and was treated at some point for TB by a Dr. Trudeau. Maybe she got on a bus to Portland, Maine but ended up in Portland, Oregon. Security cameras at a greyhound station in Spokane, WA show her getting off a bus there and immediately getting on one bound for Portland, OR.
