About

Status of Peter B. Greene, missing person since 01/02/2012.

Description
If you have any direct information about Pete, please call 911 or Detective Jeff Koplin at the Omak Police Department (509) 826-0383.

“Peter B. Greene (Pete) is my father. He went missing on Monday, January 2, 2012 from Apple Springs Assisted Living facility in Omak, WA. For the first 3 days, the Okanogan County Search and Rescue did a complete and thorough search for him in and around the facility. “

Law enforcement believe that Peter traveled “out of the area” and the Omak Police Department became the lead agency. If you have any direct information about Pete, please call 911 or Detective Jeff Koplin at the Omak Police Department (509) 826-0383.

Pete grew up and lived the majority of his life in Southern California, and only recently moved to WA state in March, 2011. He may have wanted to return “home”, or to travel to see other family in Colorado and Texas. I don’t think he would be able to tell you who he is, or specifically where he lives, but he may make references to wanting to go to California, or South or East. He has no money, wallet, or other ID, but may be able to tell you his name and/or write his name. He could possibly be wearing a hospital bracelet from Mid-Valley Hospital in Omak, WA, but that cannot be confirmed. If he did catch a ride from someone, especially a long-distance trucker, he could be quiet a ways away by now.
