Raymond Hockaday: Missing from California

Raymond John Hockaday, 52, is missing from a care facility on the 1500 block of Osos Street in San Luis Obispo, Calif.  Raymond suffers from a mental illness and needs medication.  He went for a walk on Halloween and never returned.

Raymond is from San Diego  and the care facility said this is the first time he ever left without warning.  Police say he suffers from a mental illness and left his medication behind, but he is no danger to anyone.
Police say the biggest concern is that Hockaday is known to become catatonic without his medication and they want to find his so he can get proper care.

Hockaday is described as 5’6”, 140 pounds, is bald and has brown eyes.
They say he was last seen wearing a black leather fanny pack, black jacket, brown pants and gray tennis shoes.

Anyone with information is asked to call the San Luis Obispo Police Department.
