Teresa Mastracola: Woman goes missing in PA

UPDATE:  Dec 9, 2012 – A body was found Saturday in Ridley Creek State Park that authorities believe may be Teresa’s.  The investigation is ongoing, although police believe there is no foul play.

 Previous story:

Terresa Mastracola, 44, was last seen early Sunday  at her home on Millbourne Avenue, in Milbourne, PA according to Police Chief Shawn Payne.

Mastracola works at the Delaware County Hospital.  She has not reported for work for four days.  Mastracola works as an Imaging Equipment Specialist.
Mastracola is an avid biker and hiker and frequents Ridley Creek State Park.   The park has been searched but she nor her car were seen there.
Authorities spoke with the missing woman’s former boyfriend Thursday night. The two share a home together. He told police he last saw Mastracola around 6:30 a.m. Sunday when he left to go to Lowes. He stopped for breakfast and when he returned a few hours later, she had already left the house. Payne said the former boyfriend is very concerned and is cooperating with investigators.

They say her phone was on until about 9:00 p.m. Wednesday night, but now it is either off or has died.

“It’s kind of concerning why she is not contacting anyone. Even if she wasn’t making it to work, why is she not contacting her employer? She is a reliable employee,”  Chief Payne told 6ABC.

She is  5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds and has brown eyes. She was last seen wearing hospital scrubs.
Mastracola drives a silver 2006 Mazda 6 four-door sedan with a black bike rack and a Pennsylvania license plate DTA-5563.
Anyone who knows of her whereabouts or has seen her is asked to contact Millbourne Police at 610-352-1450 or dial 911.
