Willie Wingfield: Missing while driving from Dallas to Tyler Found

UPDATE:  2/2/13 –  Wilie was found safe 350 miles away in Vermilion, Louisiana.  Willie Hubert Wingfield, is missing from Dallas.  He left his home around 11:45 p.m. to go visit his girlfriend in Tyler on Feb. 1, 2013.  He stopped around 5:30 p.m. to ask direction to her house and said he was at the CVS Pharmacy on Glenwood and W. Gentry.  Now his phone is no longer working or has been turned off.

On Sunday the Tyler Police Department received information of a confirmed sighting of Wingfield in Upshur County near Big Sandy.  Mr. Wingfield was driving his 2000 green Dodge Intrepid.

Willie is diabetic and is diagnosed with dementia and may be confused.  He has grey hair and brown eyes and is  5’7″ and 135 lbs. He is currently driving a 2000 Green Dodge Intrepid Texas license plate number 640WFT.
