Anna Kroup, 24, from Waterford, New York was last seen at her home on Second Street around midnight on Monday, February 25.
She left a note before she went missing, but no one has been able to locate her.
Kroup is 5-feet 4-inches and about 115 pounds.
State Police had conducted dive searches in the river around the village, and continue to undertake periodic airboat checks and shoreline inspections, Trooper Mark Cepiel said.
Kroup has brown hair and brown eyes. Foul play is not suspected, Tanchak said. Those with information about her disappearance should call police at 518-237-3341.
