It’s been over three months since anyone has heard from Elvia Hernandez and her family is worried sick and desperate for answers.
Elvia was staying with a friend in Wasco, CA. On December 21, 2012, she had a friend drop her off at a bus stop in Bakersfield, CA. Two days later, on December 23, the friend got a phone call from Elvia. Elvia said that she was in Los Angeles, and someone had hurt her. Elvia told her friend she had a broken eye socket and a busted lip. That was the last time any of her friends or family have heard from her.
Elvia is Hispanic, about 5 feet 6 inches tall and about 165 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes. She has several tattoos: ‘Joaquin Nge Wright’ across her chest; ‘Hernandez’ on her back; a fairy on her back shoulder; ‘Jacob’ on her forearm; and flowers down her leg. She has two dimple piercings on her cheeks and usually wears glasses, which she may or may not have with her.
Anyone with information on Elvia’s whereabouts is urged to contact Officer Cole at the Los Banos, CA Police Department at 1(209)-826-7070
