“CHICAGO (CBS) — A truck driver who had been missing for more than a day has been located, according to state police.”
Igor Yushyn, 42, who is a California truck driver went missing on his way to a pickup at the Great Lakes Naval Station in Illinois. His phone is going to voice mail. in Michigan
Igor was last seen at a rest stop on I-80 near Minooka, Ill., according to a news release sent about 6 p.m. Wednesday from his employers, GPS Transport of Antelope, Cal.
According to the company release. “We believe he is seriously harmed and ask all the help we can get to locate this driver.”
Yushyn is described as 5-foot-3 and 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Also missing are GPS Transport Unit #405, made up of a white 2011 Freightliner Cascadia tractor truck with California license plate VP74981 and a 2012 Greatdane semitrailer with a Thermoking unit and California license plate 4LV6794, according to the company release.
