UPDATE:  5/30/13 – Police stated that Cheryl Moser was found at a gas station at 4 a.m. on Thursday in Orange County, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.

Authorities were continuing to search for the unknown man, report KTLA.

Cherly’s silver Toyota Prius and her two small dogs that were with her were also found.

Police believe that a missing woman may be a victim of a kidnapping.

A security camera at a Mobil Station shows Cheryl Jean Moser, 69, with an unknown man and police believe he is holding her against her will, and making her use her credit card.

The Mobil station was located at 104 N. Coast Highway in Laguna Beach.  Cheryl’s credit cards have been used in Pomona, San Fernando Valley and in Orange County.

She told her family she was going to the Verizon store to get her IPhone fixed but she never came back.  Cheryl was driving her 2008 Toyota Prius with license plate 6DRW653.
