UPDATE: 12/2/13 - Angela and Steven were indicted by a Grand Jury. Angela for Murder and Steven for Aggravated Murder, Tampering with Evidence, Improper handling of a corpse.

UPDATE 9/19/13 - The body of Elaina Steinfurth has been identified as the remains found in a box at her home. Richard Schiewe, Elaina's grandfather told Nancy Grace on Thursday night that his daughter's boyfriend led the police to the remains in the garage.
Grace showed photos of the inside of the home and it was dirty and full of broken furniture and trash. Grace stated if the garage was like the house, no wonder the remains were not found.
Schiewe said he himself searched the garage and there was nothing there.
"I climbed up in the rafters…that box was not there," Schiewe told Grace
UPDATE 9/5/13 -The Lucas County Coroner has confirmed that human remains have been found in a box in the garage at the home of a missing toddler.
On Thursday, Toledo police executed a search warrant at 704 Federal Street in Toledo and found a cardboard box in the garage. Although the remains have not been positively identified, many believe it is the remains of Elaina Steinfurth.
UPDATE 6/27/13 - Steven King was arrested on July 22, on an obstruction charge in connection with Elaina's disappearance.
Also the Toledo Free Press reported that Elaina's mother confided to her cellmate that Steven had thrown Elaina against a wall and she later died in her sleep. Steinfurth then admitted the couple tossed the body into the river, the cellmate told authorities.
UPDATE: 6/19/13 - A man named Frank (last name unknown) told the authorities that he talked to Angela a couple of days after Elaina went missing. Capt. Brad Weis confirmed to HLN that was one of the reasons they kept questioning Angela.
Frank said that Angela told him she saw injuries on Elaina when she woke up on June 2, and her boyfriend told her that Elaina was fine, so she didn't take her to the hospital.
“She just basically told me that the baby had a bruised eye, little bit of dried blood around one of the nostrils and a bump on the head,” said Frank.
Please note in the video of Angela and Elaina many on social media are saying you can see what appears to be a black eye on Elaina as Angela is carrying her into the house. (see below) You can also go here to watch the whole video.
Frank asked where Elaina was, but Angela said she did not know.
The mother of a missing Ohio toddler was arraigned at the Toledo Municipal Court on Wednesday, reports the Toledo Blade.
Angela Steinfurth, 26, told investigators during an interrogation interview on Wednesday that she knew her daughter, 18-month-old Elaina Steinfurth was injured but did not take her to the doctor or hospital. Other statements during the interview led police to search on the east side.
"The condition of the baby and the severity of the injuries, I can't tell you," said Capt. Wes Bombrys. "We don't know the location of Elaina. We still don't know and that's why we say it's still an ongoing investigation." Click here to read more.

Angela told Terry, Sr. that Elaina was napping. Both Terry's convinced a crying and screaming Angela to let them see Elaina. She went into the house and "twenty minutes later she comes running out saying, 'The baby's not in the house, the baby's gone.'"
Me thinks that Angela's crying and screaming was just crocodile tears and a stalling tactic. I believe we will find that Elaina was never there that day.
Angela claims she passed a lie detector test but police will not confirm.
Court documents showing Angela was involved in a case involving stalking and battery back in 2006. As well as an court document for Restitution of Property. No confirmation if this is the same Angela.

Previous story: An Ohio mother is stating her 18-month-old child was kidnapped after her estranged husband returned to pick the child up for visitation on Sunday.
Terry Steinfurth came to the home of his estranged wife, Angela on Federal Street in East Toledo to pick up his daughter Elaina for a visit. He was given his 4-year-old daughter, but not Elaina, reports the Toledo News Now. Terry left to go get his father to act as a go-between and then returned to the home, said the police.
"Her mother refused to give her to me. She went in the house. Was in there 15-20 minutes, came out saying that the baby was missing," said Terry.
But, Angela says that when she went to go get the baby who was sleeping in the bedroom, she was not there and the baby was kidnapped.
"Her boyfriend disappeared out the back door during this time. I don't know if he took her or where she's at right now," said Terry.
The authorities searched the home and the neighborhood but could not locate Elaina, and she is still missing, with both parents stating they do not know where she is.
