Susan Peterson: Woman missing from Rock Hill

Susan Diane Peterson, 58, is missing from Rock Hill, S.C.  Her 2009 Ford Ranger was found near the woods on Pisgah Covered Bridge Road on Friday.  They believe Susan was driving that truck.  Susan was reported missing on Aug. 7.  Her brother saw her leave as she said she was going to drive his truck to Charlotte to donate blood.

The York County Sheriff’s Office issued a “Be On the Look-Out for” alert on Thursday, calling Peterson a “Missing and Endangered Person”

Officials released new photos of Susan to give the public a better idea what she looks

like (although it is not much better other than to show her hair looks lighter) from surveillance photos from a Walgreens across the road from a plasma-donation center in Charlotte that Peterson was known to visit.

Randolph County deputies searched in the area for Susan and will resume again on Saturday.

Susan Peterson is described as a 58-year-old white female, standing 5’2″ and weighing 135 pounds.

Anyone with any information on Peterson’s whereabouts can call the Randolph County Sheriff’s Office at (336) 318-6699 or the York County, SC Sheriff’s Office at (803) 628-3059.
