William Gomez: Grandpa and grandkids missing from Texas Found

UPDATE 10/1/13 –  William Gomez and his two grandchildren have been found safe in Washington County, Wisc. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Mr. Gomez flagged down a deputy on Highway 33 at 5:06 p.m. Tuesday and asked for directions back to Dallas. The deputy reported that all three were in good condition and were taken to a safe location.

UPDATE 9/30/13 – Carrollton police said Gomez’s credit card was use at 2:30 p.m. in a gas station in Troy, Tenn.

Update at 11:55 a.m.: Gomez’s bank account was accessed in Little Rock, Ark., at about 7:45 this morning.

Previous story: William Gomez, 57, and his two grandchildren, Marcus and Dominique are missing from Carrollton, Texas since Sunday night.  Gomez left around 2 p.m. telling his family that he was going to take the kids to either Rhoton Park in Carrollton or Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville.

Gomez was driving a white Jeep Grand Cherokee with Texas plates DH1Y337. He does not have his cell phone on him and he does have memory problems.  There has been no credit card transactions or ATM withdrawals. 

The girl was wearing blue pants and a floral shirt; the boy was wearing a white T-shirt, cream colored shorts and black Velcro shoes. Gomez is 5’5″ tall and was wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
