Emily Ruiz: Missing from Newington Found

UPDATE:  11/13/13 – Police have confirmed that Emily was located and she is safe.  Emily Ruiz, 5, is missing from Newington, Conn.  Emily is autistic and considered endangered.  She was last seen with Tyrone Kelley, 40, and Quiana James, 24. 

Emily’s mother has not been able to contact them since they were evicted from a motel.  She has brown eyes and brown hair. She stands 3’03” tall and weighs 48 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, according to police.

Police said Ruiz was last seen with Tyrone Kelley, a tall, thin 40-year-old black man, and Quiana James, a 24-year-old albino woman. The child’s mother has not been able to
Kelley is thin and tall and James is albino.  They have been known to operate a white U-Haul box truck with the Arizona license plate AD4-213 and could be in the area of Newington, Wethersfield, Berlin or Hartford.
