Michael Karwan: Missing from New Jersey Found

UPDATE 11/26/13 – Karwan was spotted trying to check into a hotel using his ID card, according to the office of U.S. Rep. Michael Grimm (R-N.Y.) who had been assisting in the search for the boy. The hotel was reportedly run by a religious institution that found out Karwan was missing and called the police.

Michael Karwan, 19, of Marlboro, New Jersey is missing in New York.  Michale has autism and was thought to have been seen at the Port Authority bus terminal in Manhattan by a bus driver on Wednesday.

He may be in the Midtown area because Michael’s father works there, and his favorite comic book store is on 40th Street and Seventh Avenue.

A surveillance photo shows Michael in front of a shop in Freehold a few hours after he left his home on Tuesday night.

Avonte Oquendo, 14, who went missing from his Long Island school on October 4th is still missing.
