Joann Palma: Woman goes missing in New Jersey Found

UPDATE: 12/5/13 – Joann was found dead in a parked car in East Windsor at an apartment complex on Thursday afternoon, according to police. East Windsor police responded at 1:25 p.m. to a call that there was an unresponsive woman in a vehicle parked in the lot of C Building of the Hampton Arms Apartments on North Main Street, police said.find Palma in the car that had been reported missing out of Hightstown Borough.

According to police, the doors of the car were locked and there were no immediate signs of foul play or violence indicated.  It is unknown at this time whether the car has been there since Joann went missing.

Previous story:  Joann Palma, 62, from Cranbury, N.J. last spoke to her family on Nov. 20 as she was leaving a friend’s house in Monroe Township.  She never arrived home.  She also has not shown up for work at Cranbury Pizza where she co owns the restaurant.

Joann may still be driving in  2006 Toyota Highlander with the N.J. license plate YZT66K.  Palma is reported to frequent the Palmer Square area in Princeton.

Palma, who is married and has two children and two grandchildren, has never disappeared before.  She was driving her 2006 Toyota Highlander with license plate YZT66K.  It has not been located.,

Palma is 5 feet 4 inches tall, and has auburn hair and blue eyes. At the time she disappeared, she was wearing a white sweater, black pants and silver jacket, police said.
