Randy “Paul” Martin: Missing from Westmoreland Found

UPDATE:  12/16/13 –  Police have confirmed that a body found on the west 17th Street Bridge is that of Randy Paul Martin. According to the Huntington Police Dept., Randy Paul Martin was found dead of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.  Martin had been missing since last week.

Randy Paul Martin II, 31, from Westmoreland, W. Va., has been missing since Tuesday, Dec. 10.

He was reportedly  going to a pharmacy on Tuesday night when he went missing.  He has not shown up for work for two days.  A search of the home turned up his wallet with his ID and credit cars.

The last ping on his phone was 11:45pm in the Spring Valley area.

His 2005 green Toyota Corolla with WV license plate number 6MV211 was found in the parking lot of a West End Shoney’s Restaurant.  The police believe the car had been there since Tuesday, although some Shoney’s employees said the car showed up on Thursday.

Martin is 6’2″ tall and 190 pounds with brown hair.
