Scott Leger: Missing from Athol

On Dec. 7 2013 at 10:00 pm Scott left a friend’s home, Danielle on Petersham Road in Athol, Ma after an argument. He was on foot. When he didn’t come back that night it was assumed he was mad and had hooked up with a friend or family member for the night.  In the past, he would usually go to his brother Bob’s house.

According to Danielle, “Bob came to my house on Sunday and Monday to see if Scott had come back. I thought he must be with friends. Scott takes medication he cannot be without. When he did not pick up his medication from the pharmacy on Wednesday, I knew something was terribly wrong and I reported him missing to the Athol Police at 978 249 3232. The police didn’t do much until Scott hadn’t been heard from for over a week. They have since spoken to all of his family members, searched the woods behind my house, posted his missing poster on their Facebook page, entered him into NCIC system, and worked with a volunteer dog organization that has also searched the woods all around my house.”

If you know his whereabouts, please call the Athol Police Dept. or leave an anonymous tip here.
