Teresa Goubeaux: 4-year-old missing from Troy Found

UPDATE:  3/5/14 – The U.S. marshals arrested Eva Villamor-Goubeaux, 38, on Feb. 27 in Las Vegas and Teresa was reunited with her father. 

Teresa Goubeaux and her father, Michael Goubeaux, were reunited after the child was found last week in Las Vegas, living with her mother.
U.S. marshals arrested Eva Villamor-Goubeaux, 38, on Feb. 27 in Las Vegas. The Miami County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for Villamor-Goubeaux on Feb. 5 for interference with custody.

Previous story:  Teresa Evelyn Goubeaux, 4, is missing from Troy, Ohio.  She was seen with her mother, Eva O. Villamor-Goubeaux that does not have custody.

Eva may be driving a blue and dark gray 2012 Toyota Prius hybrid with a solar panel in the roof.  Ohio registration 30 EV.  There was a confirmed sighting of them both in Kingston, NY on January 6, 2014.  Eva has contacts in Long Island and they may still be in the area.
