Amber Alert: Missing Felix children from Los Angeles County Found

UPDATE:  The four children have been found at the California/Mexico border reports the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services. 

The parents remain missing and may have crossed the border into Mexico. Warrants have been issued for their arrest.

An Amber Alert has been issued in California for four missing children that were taken from their grandmother’s home in Boyle Heights in Los Angeles County by their non custodial parents.

The parents had been ordered to only have supervised visits with social workers present, but they showed up at the maternal grandmother’s home on the 1400 block of North Indiana Street where they were placed by the Department of Children and Family Services. 

Enrique Felix, the children’s father was seen driving away from the home with Rosa Chairez, the children’s mother on Friday around in a dark PT Cruiser which has a right missing hubcap.

The missing children are:

Janet Felix, 1, black hair, brown eyes, 2 feet tall, 20 pounds
Veronica Felix, 1, black hair, brown eyes, 2 feet tall, 20 pound,
Justin Felix, 5, black hair, brown eyes, 3 feet tall, 50 pounds
Enrique Felix, 7, brown hair, brown eyes, 4 feet tall, 70 pounds

Chairez is 5’2″ tall, 150 pounds with red hair and brown eyes and Felix is 5’10” tall, 220 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

  1. Thank God for Blessings! Next time a woman alone is handed 4 kids and a parent is violent and acting out, maybe DCS should have auxiliary officers to provide a little early 911 system. The grandma must have been beside herself!
