Danielle Locklear: Missing from North Carolina FOUND

UPDATE 6/2016 -Dominic Lock, 19, was sentenced to serve 6 to 8 years in prison for acting as an accessory after the fact in the death of 15-year-old Danielle Locklear.
Malloy accepted a plea deal for second-degree and was sentenced to a minimum of 25 years in prison.


UPDATE 4/8/14 – Danielle’s boyfriend, 17-year-old Je’Michael Malloy is charged with second-degree murder after confessed to police he killed Danielle.  He told police that he got into an argument with her and it turned violent.  He choked Danielle to death and then stuffed a sock in her mouth.  He tossed her body over a bridge on the Cumberland/Sampson County line.  Danielle’s body was found with cinder blocks tied to her body.


UPDATE:  4/4/14 – Two teens who were fishing may have found the body of Danielle.
The North Carolina Medical Examiner’s Office will respond in 2-3 days with an identification.

Danielle Locklear from Hope Mills went missing on March 11.  She was last seen leaving her home on Trencholm Lane.  She may have been near the Lazy Acres RV Park later that day.

Rowna Fowler, Danielle’s mother said that some of Danielle’s clothing was found near the banks of a creek that is a popular hangout, on Thursday.
