World Luz Loper: Senior missing from Spring Valley Found

UPDATE: 3/27/14 –   An off-duty SAR member remembered seeing Loper in the Clairemont area last night.  The SDPD checked the area and found her at the intersection of Balboa Avenue and Genesee Avenue Thursday morning.  She has been united with her family.

Previous story:  World Luz Loper, 73, is missing from her home in Spring Valley.  She was last seen around noon on Wednesday.   Loper has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Dementia.

She was seen wearing a black visor, dark blue hooded sweater that zips in the front, blue jeans, black shoes and wearing a backpack. Loper will wear a trash bag like a poncho if it rains.

If you ask Loper for her age, she will smile and say “sweet sixteen.”

DESCRIPTION:

World Loper is Filipino, about 5’1″ tall, 100 pounds with short white hair done in a Mohawk and has brown eyes.
