UPDATE:  4/7/14 – Per police, “Brandon Francisco Vallejo Dominguez University student Christopher Columbus of this city, reported missing on the 28th of this month, was located by the ministry this morning and presented to the researcher second prosecutor this judicial district by job number 699.”

Posted on Find Brandon Vallejo’s Facebook page.  “Our sweet friend, a Suffern High School (New York) graduate in 2011, has been abducted by 3 men in a blue truck while attending a University in Vera Cruz, Mexico on March 17, 2014.”
Brandon Dominguez Francisco Vallejo, 21, was reported missing since March 27.

He is a student and was last seen at Plaza Las Americas site.  He was recognized by the tattoo on his arm.
