Police ask for help identifying torso found at beach

The authorities are asking for help to identify a torso.  The torso that was found on Town Neck Road Beach in Sandwich, Mass. was wrapped in a tarp and tied to a dolly and it was wearing a a blue t-shirt with Cranston Windustrial on the back.  The police believe the torso belongs to a black man between the height of 6 to 6’2″ and 220 pounds that had a surgical scar on his abdomen.

The police believe that the person was probably killed somewhere else and then dumped at the beach.

The Cranston Windusrial company says they have no missing workers and they have given their t-shirts out to vendors who gave them to customers are New England.
