Owen Collins: Missing 3-year-old from Indiana Found

UDPATE:  1/19/15 – Bluffington police have found a body in the wooded area of Wells County while three people have been arrested in case of missing Owen Collins.  Zachary Barnes, 30, Breanna Arnold, 21 were charged with neglect that led to his death and a 16-year-old juvenile from Marion that has not been named, as allegedly taking the body out to the woods.

The police stated that Owen’s was dead at the trailer before he was taken into the woods.

The Wells County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a 3-year-old boy that went missing from the Mobile Manor Trailer Park in the 500 block of Normandy Drive in Bluffton, Ind.

Owen Collins was not found at his home when police answered a welfare check on the family around 12:30 p.m., Sunday. 

Social media has stated that the mom put him to bed the evening and a neighbor called for the welfare check around noon on Sunday, after noticing that Zach Barnes was acting differently and became worried about the boy.
Authorities from county, city and state police have joined together to search for Owen. 
Owen is 3 feet 1 inch tall with blond hair, blue eyes and has a one-inch scar under his left eye. He was last seen wearing dark pants.
