UPDATE:  3/17/15 – The Ashland County Sheriff’s Office was called to County Road 1908, south of US 30 by a Columbia Gas employee who spotted a body.  The boy was behind a large tree.  It was identified as REbekah Leicy.  The medical examiner has confirmed the identity and the autopsy results are pending. 

Original Story:  Rebekah Leicy, who lives on Wood Street in Mansfield, Ohio was reported missing on Feb. 6, 2015.

A friend of hers reported her missing because he had not seen her in 10 days and before that he spoke with her every day.

Police were told she was seen getting into a dark blue or black Dodge Charger with 3-4 men.  A neighbor woman said she saw Rebekah on Wood Street heading toward Marion Avenue on Jan. 23 at 1 a.m.

Another neighbor said they saw her going up to West Third Street.
