Jennifer Houle: Missing Minnesota University student Found

UPDATE:  4/2/15 –  A body believed to belong to Jennifer Houle has been pulled from the Mississippi River today.  It was positively confirmed to be Jennifer on April 3.

UPDATE:  3/30/15 – Minneapolis police said Monday that they’ve located video of a missing University of Minnesota student entering the river off of the 10th Avenue Bridge, near the university’s campus.

Original story:  Jennifer Houle, 22, a students at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus went missing on Friday night.

Her purse was found at 3 a.m. on Friday about three blocks from a bar called Blarney’s in the Dinkytown area that she was at on 4th Street SE.

It was found out later from Jennifer’s friend, Brooke Lavan that was with Jennifer that Jennifer ran into her ex-boyfriend at the bar and she became emotional about it.  Later that evening Brooke and Jennifer became separated and she has not been seen since. 

Jennifer is a senior at the Carlson School of Management and is a member of the Pi Beta Phi Sorority.  She lived in an apartment near where her purse was found in the street.

Jennifer is 5’5″ tall, 140 pounds with blonde hair.  She was wearing a black leather jacket, green bough, black leggings and black boots.
