Xavier Kosmann-Lyons: Three-year-old goes missing from Wyoming Found

“Xavier Kosman-Lyons was found in a field about 1 mile from his home chasing some horses on the 1700 block of Chamberlain.  A couple at the residence saw information about Xavier on social media, saw the boy and then contacted authorities about 3:15 p.m. Preciado said the boy appeared shaken, dehydrated and had scratches on his stomach from the weeds in the field, but was otherwise in good spirits. Authorities planned to talk to him more about his adventure.

“He had to go through a lot of fields to get there,” a police spokesman said.

Xavier was wearing his boxers and shoes but no socks.”

Xavier Kosmann-Lyons, 3, from Mills, Wy. has been reported missing on Saturday.

The family reported him missing and are saying that he was abducted, but LEO state there is no evidence to report that at this time.

Family member have been questioned and homes searched but Xavier was not found. 

“The upstairs neighbors heard him playing in his room until about 1 a.m.,” said Xavier’s mother, Lori Kosmann.

She believe that Xavier left the home between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m.  Lori awoke at 7 a.m. and found him gone.

The mother told police she last saw him at midnight. The front door of the home was unlocked when she woke up, but officials said the boy was old enough to unlock it himself.

Xavier was last seen wearing red boxers and he may have put on Spider-Man light-up shoes. He has brown hair, brown eyes and is about 35 inches tall. Officials said that Xavier could be wearing more clothing.

The public in the neighborhood are asked to search buildings on their properties for Xavier.  Authorities and volunteers are searching the area off Poison Spider Road.  A search dog did alert to the boy’s scent in the neighborhood.
