Gene Payne: Disappeared from his Arizona home 21 years ago

Gene Andrew Payne, was 46-years-old when he went missing on Aug. 20, 1994. 

Gene walked out of his mobile home in Avra Valley, Pima County, Arizona to feed the livestock.   He lived there with his wife and 14-year-old son.  Gene would also walk down the road to his mother’s home to feed her livestock, too. 

Gene was disabled and would have been unable to walk far, but he has not been since since that day. 

Gene is 5’7″; 210 lbs.
•Distinguishing Characteristics: White male. Light brown hair, balding on top,  blue eyes, Tattoos on arms of USN with an anchor, a brown bull and a black horse.
•Clothing: Shorts, shirt, hat and tennis shoes. He had no identification or money with him. 

After all this time there is hope that someone will come forward with information as to what happened to Gene.
