Autumn Shreve, 12, and Sophia Rogers, 2, missing from Avon, Ohio Found

UPDATE:  6/7/15 – Elyria Police Dept. reported that both girls were located safely in Elyria, Ohio. Avon police say a citizen noticed the girls walking down the street and reported seeing them

The police are asking for help to find two missing girls from Ohio.

Autumn Shreve, 12, and Sophia Rogers, 2, were last seen on Mulberry Lane at the Timberlake Apartment Complex in Avon around 4 p.m. on June 6.

Autumn was babysitting Sophia and now authorities believe Autumn may be trying to pass herself off as an adult and the child as hers.  The day before she tried to meet up with someone she met through the internet and she may have tried to do it again on Saturday.

In an interview with newsnet5.com Sophia’s great grandmother Sondra Larocco expressed her sadness on the disappearance of Autumn and Sophia, and said they are good children.

“If you see this or hear this, we’re not mad at you – just please let us know you’re OK,” Larocco said. “Call one of us, call home or any family member.”

If you have any information on their whereabouts, please call the Avon Police Dept. at 440-934-1234.
