Mother and daughter go missing on way to Texas with boyfriend who has false name

According t the Facebook page:  “They have been found and are SAFE!!! JAMES PRCIN has been arrested… not too many more details til tomorrow after she gets through talking to Allen Police Investigators!!!”

Original Story  A mother and her daughter are missing from Oklahoma after going on a trip to Texas, with the mother’s boyfriend.

Virginia Rivaux, 34, and Anna Baldus, 10,  from Chelsea have not been heard from since Sept. 13.  Family members were alerted there was something wrong when they found out that bad checks were being written.  Then on Sept. 13, Virginia called and was crying and said, “I love you.” and they have not heard from her since.

Virginia’s boyfriend is named James Isbell, but evidently that is a fake name and not his real name.

Posted on their missing Facebook page, her sister Donna Reed posted:

“I am trying to locate my sister and Niece. My sister is Virginia Rivaux she is 34 years old. 5ft 6in tall and weighs around 120 lbs. She has brown hair but dyes it and has hazel eyes. Anna Baldus is 10 years old around 4’6” and weighs 60-70 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes.

They were last seen going to Texas with a guy that claims to be James Isbell but it is believed to be a false identity.

They are in a 2009 silver Infiniti G37Journey it is a 4 door sedan with Texas license plate U1D2DV. There is a missing persons filed at Allen Police Department in Allen Tx.

Virginia has been diagnosed with bipolar and depression. She has 2 other children that she would always stay in contact with that has not heard from her since Sunday 9-13-15. She also missed visitation with the other 2. It is believed that that could be in extreme danger and the more we find out about this guy the more worried we get.

Please share this and keep them in ur prayers that they are found safe. If u have any information please call me at 9189483036 or the Allen City Police in Allen Tx.”
