Original Story:  An Army reservist based in St. Louis has gone missing after going to look at a vehicle he saw on Craigslist.

Robert Polk, 22, left on Oct 3, to view the black Mustang he found on the online ad after he had saved enough money to purchase one with cash.

His family waited for him to return home but he never did.  His mom told Fox2 news that he served in the Army for two years and was a reservist and was also a standout football player at Hazelwood East High School.  She was very proud of where his life was going and how he had saved his money up for a car.

Robert was wearing a black sweatshirt and black sweatpants when he left the home.  If you have any information, please call the police.
