UPDATE: From the Find Alexuz Contreras Facebook page: “At 12pm last night, Lexi was found unharmed. We can report that she is safe with her mother and father today, because of several angels that reached out to help, share her story, and not allow Lexi to be forgotten. The family would like to thank everyone that assisted in finding Lexi. There are no words that can express the relief that the entire family is feeling at this time.”
Alexuz “Lexi” Contreras, 16, is missing from El Cajon (San Diego County) on Oct. 18, 2015. Lexi admitted to her parents she was doing recreational drugs and was sent to the Sovereign Health Group rehab facility in El Cajon. She left on that Friday with a small group of kids and did not return to the facility or to her home in Orange County.
Lexi was last spotted in the Mission Beach area and may still be there. There is a possibility she may be with Michael Ryan Peterson who also left the facility on Oct. 18. There has been a couple of sightings of him.
Her parents have not heard from her at all and Lexi has not been on social media at all.
Possible leads are: With a man named Isaac in the El Cajon area, Gas Light District (Downtown) of San Diego with a boy named Michael on Mon Nov. 2- a women spotted Michael ( the boy she ran away with) at a Starbucks at Horton Plaza, Old Town of San Diego, Mission Beach / Bay Park or back to her hometown of Laguna Hills area.
Lexi has a mole on the side of her upper lip and her nose and ears are pierced. She has brown hair and green eyes and is 5’4” tall and 120 lbs.
