7-year-old South Carolina boy is missing and may be living in car with parents

A grandfather asked the authorities to check on his grandson that he hasn’t seen since Nov. 24.  Charles Hughes Chandler, 7, of South Carolina was last seen at the Dobys Mill Elementary School  in Kershaw County on that date and hasn’t been seen since.  The school administration called the authorities to report that he had not been in school.  Charles’ grandfather believes the boy is with his parents, Jeremy Michael Chandler and Daniele Maiden Chandler and are possibly living in a car.

“There is somewhat of a history possibly between the mother and the father that has put up a red flag for me,” Captain Knafelc told WLTX news. “Obviously the child has not been in school since that day, the 24th.”

They may be in a  green 2010 Chevrolet Colbalt with Vermont tag GGW263.
