They may have been last seen in a Uber at The Grove.  Perry has an extensive criminal record and may be traveling to Nevada.

“He’s a British national — our concern is that he may flee the country,” Gavin said. “He’s very savvy on social media. He’s got five or six different phones. It’s a real cat-and-mouse game.”

The police also state he has been using cash so they have not been able to track him.

Lucia is 2’6” tall with blue eyes and was wearing pink sweatpants, a yellow t-shirt and hot pink Nike shoes.  She is stated to have blonde hair, but her hair looks brown in her photos.  Her dad  is 6’1”, 190 pounds with brown eyes and a light beard.  He was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray pants and carrying a black backpack. He lives in the Hollywood/Beverly Hills area. Lucia’s mom lives in San Fernando Valley according to the LAPD Van Nuys station.  Please call the LA Police Dept. at 818-374-1913 if you see them.
